The human layer most implementations skip

I'm Eugenie. I build the technical systems and manage the human side of adoption, because the second one is usually why the first one works or doesn't.

Eugenie Groenewald, founder of Co Intelligence AI Solutions

I have a background in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and adult learning, which means I understand both how businesses run and how people actually change.

Most AI implementations fail not because of the technology. They fail because the human side was an afterthought: resistance, confusion, bad habits, and teams that never actually worked differently.

I use AI as the engine. The human layer is what makes it stick.

How I use AI in my own work: I use AI tools, including Claude, for research, analysis, and building client systems. Client data is never entered into public AI models and is never used to train them; systems are built so your data stays on your own infrastructure. I state this because I hold myself to the same standard I recommend.
