Plain language, no legalese where none is needed. This page explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what your rights are under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
This website, coaisolutions.co.za, is operated by Eugenie Groenewald, trading as Co Intelligence AI Solutions, a sole proprietorship based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. In POPIA terms, I am the responsible party for personal information collected here, and I act as my own Information Officer.

The contact form. If you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, company, role, and whatever you write in your message. This is used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if you choose, setting up a discovery call. Providing this information is voluntary — the consequence of not providing it is simply that I can't respond to you.
The readiness assessment. The AI Adoption Readiness Assessment runs in your browser and shows your results without collecting anything. If you choose to have your results emailed to you, I collect the name, email address, and optional organisation you provide, along with your scores, for the sole purpose of sending you that record. You are not added to any mailing list.
The checklist. If you choose to have your checklist results sent to you, the same applies: your name, email, and score are used only to send you that email.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and does not sell or share personal information with anyone for marketing.
Form submissions are delivered to me by Formspree (formspree.io), a form-handling service, which processes the submission in order to email it to me. The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, which processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site. Both providers are based outside South Africa and maintain their own privacy and security commitments; information is transferred to them only to the extent needed to run this website.
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, after which they are deleted. If you enquire and we never work together, your details are deleted within 12 months. Assessment result emails are not retained as a database — they exist as ordinary email correspondence.
Where I build systems for clients during an engagement, client data stays on the client's own systems. It is not entered into public AI models and is not used to train any AI model. Data handling for engagements is agreed in writing before work begins.
